Teaching is one of my passions! Wether music or science, I like sharing my knowledge and experience.

I lecture about the principle of operation, the history, and the playing technique of early electronic music instruments from 1920 – 1940, like for example the Theremin, the Ondes Martenot, and the Trautonium. I give individual and group Theremin lessons, chamber music classes and technical workshops throughout Europe.

Together with the German Theremin virtuoso Carolina Eyck, I’m a co-founder, teacher, and the technical director of the Theremin Academy since 2010. The Theremin Academy is a group of approved theremin teachers and experts who organizes Theremin workshops in different locations throughout Western Europe, up to six times a year.
